If you would like to add a large number of pay phones without using the online system, we have provided an Excel spreadsheet form for your convenience. Simply download the form (PayPhInfo.xls) to your hard drive, enter your payphones, and send the form back to us via email. Please include your company code, company name and address in the body of your email message. Please do not change the format of the spreadsheet. Zip Code and Local Exchange Carrier fields are required. Your spreadsheet will not be accepted without these fields.
