[1] General Electric Type I-70 with a cyclometer
register is not recommended for use.
[2] A current transformer type metering device shall
not be used in Maryland
unless the current transformer used in conjunction therewith meets all
requirements specified in IEEE C57.13, Standard Requirements for Instrument
Transformers.
3 The
TRC watt-hour meter may be used only for indoor installation, because the cover
of the meter is not rain-tight.
4 The
current transformers (current sensors) should be installed in a steel,
rust-resistant enclosure to prevent unauthorized access to them.
5 The
UMS watt-hour meter is intended for indoor use only.
