Electronic Filing - Notice

Requirements for Official Filings

You must login before you can access the Electronic Dropbox system. Please note that although you may submit filings online, this is not a substitute for the required number of hard copies that must accompany every filing to the Commission. Your hard copies must be received at the Commission by noon of the next business day of filing electronically. Your hard copies of filings pertaining to the Commission's weekly Administrative Meeting must be filed no later than noon on the Monday before the Administrative Meeting.

For security purposes, you will be logged out after 15 minutes of inactivity. You must register to use the Electronic Dropbox system. Click here if you have not yet done so.
